Terms of hire
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the car, dates, pick-up location and price with you on WhatsApp.
2. Driver requirements
The driver must hold a valid driving licence and provide identification when collecting the car.
3. Payments and deposit
Hire charges, any deposit and accepted payment methods are agreed before the car is handed over.
4. Fuel and mileage
Fuel and mileage terms are agreed at the time of booking.
5. Use of the vehicle
The car must be driven responsibly, in line with Kenyan traffic law, and only by the drivers named at booking.
6. Damage, accidents and breakdowns
Please report any accident, damage or breakdown to us immediately. Responsibility for damage is explained when you book.
7. Cancellations and changes
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
